The public lookup stays free. After 20 briefs in a UTC day it shows an upgrade note and keeps working. A paid seat is a metered place brief for one organization. Stripe bills the price below. There is no bulk export of owners or mailing addresses.

Seats
Florida is $49/mo on the annual plan (billed monthly), or $59/mo month to month, with 5,000 briefs and $0.05 overage. Multi-state is $99/mo on the annual plan (billed monthly), or $119/mo month to month, with 10,000 briefs and $0.04 overage. Each brief past the included count is metered and added to the Stripe renewal invoice for the completed UTC month.
Coverage
$19 a month or $190 a year for county scores. No parcel briefs and no owner rows.
Larger brief pools
One organization and one magic-link login. These are not teammate packs, and invites are not included. Florida, 25,000 briefs is $199/mo on the annual plan (billed monthly), then $0.05 per brief. Multi-state, 50,000 briefs is $399/mo, then $0.04. Multi-state, 250,000 briefs is $1,499/mo, then $0.03. Completed months are added to the Stripe renewal invoice.
