What's loaded
County scores, vintages, and parcel counts are on county coverage. A fact on the brief cites the roll or the address file.
Statewide rolls with an owner of record. Florida, New York, Texas, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Colorado, Connecticut, Arkansas, Montana, Vermont, Minnesota, Wyoming, Maine, Ohio, West Virginia, Mississippi, Idaho, the District of Columbia, Tennessee, Alaska, and Iowa. Iowa is the snapshot frozen 2 November 2017. The name is the deed holder on that file, and the layer has no situs.
Statewide rolls without an owner name. New Jersey redacts owner names. Maryland, California, Utah, Nebraska, and Arizona publish the parcel and the situs and do not include an owner name. Delaware and Virginia publish parcel ids and no situs on the state layer. Indiana publishes a property address and no owner, except Allen County. Washington publishes situs and values and no owner-name field. North Dakota publishes parcel ids and no owner and no situs for 52 of 53 counties. Benson County is not included, because its published centroids are not in North Dakota. An ownership field on that layer mixes class codes with longer strings and is not stored. Hawaii publishes statewide parcel ids and acres and no owner and no situs.
North Carolina. Address points, parcels, jobs, facilities, NPI practices, and exempt organizations.
Allen County, Indiana, including Fort Wayne. The county iMap parcel, the owner of record, the tax-roll mailing address, nearby schools, facility sites, and the published map layers. Other Indiana counties use the state parcel layer, which has a property address and no owner name.
Address points only. Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Those points are the June 30, 2026 National Address Database. Oregon has no statewide private parcel layer in this index. The state land inventory is state-owned taxlots only.
Partial county parcel layers. Pennsylvania is an incomplete set. The PASDA counties have a parcel id and no owner and no situs. Delaware County is a separate layer with a situs and no owner. Northampton publishes an owner, a situs, and a mailing address. Luzerne publishes an owner and a municipality and no situs. Lackawanna publishes a parcel id and no owner and no situs. Wayne County, Pennsylvania, publishes an owner and an address. Beaver County publishes an owner, a situs, and a mailing address. The rest of Pennsylvania stays on the address file. Michigan has no public statewide roll. Wayne, Macomb, Kent, Ottawa, and Jackson publish an owner of record. Jackson's address field is filled on only a few hundred parcels. Oakland publishes a situs and a postal address, and its owner-name fields are empty. The rest of Michigan stays on the census spine. Illinois has no statewide roll. Cook County publishes a situs and values and no owner. DuPage publishes a situs and a tax-bill mailing address, and its major-property-owner field is filled on only a few thousand parcels. Other Illinois counties stay on the address file. Georgia has no statewide roll. Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb, Gwinnett, and Chatham publish an owner of record. Clayton publishes an owner of record. Missouri is not a statewide roll. St. Louis County and St. Charles County publish an owner. St. Charles also publishes a situs and a mailing address. The city of St. Louis is not in those layers. Jackson County is the 2021 county parcel layer: a parcel id, no owner, and no situs. It is not the city of Independence. Alabama is Jefferson County, Mobile County, and Madison County. Mobile County publishes an owner, a situs, and a mailing address. Madison County publishes a parcel id and a situs and no owner. Oklahoma is Oklahoma County only. Kentucky is Jefferson County, with a parcel id and no owner and no situs, and Fayette County, with a situs and no owner. Louisiana is East Baton Rouge Parish only. South Carolina is Charleston County only. New Mexico is Bernalillo County, from the 2024 tax-parcel layer, plus Doña Ana County and Sandoval County. Census spine only. American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, New Hampshire, and Puerto Rico have a 2025 TIGER boundary, a 2019–2023 ACS housing total, and a 2024–25 public-school count, and no address points in this index. Counties in Michigan outside Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Kent, Ottawa, and Jackson are in this group too.
